群聯財報案司法官護航？ 潘健成駁斥非事實
針對群聯財報案，有媒體報導司法官護航群聯董座潘健成。為此，群聯今（ 20 ）日發出潘健成聲明，表示本案檢察官已經查明事實並依據證據認定相關金流是用於公司營運及業務發展，無個人不法利益，檢察官已經做了不起訴處分，相關報導內容，以偏概全，絕非事實，將依法追訴、不寬貸。
新竹地檢署對群聯財報案，做出董事長潘健成不起訴暨緩起訴處分。不過《鏡周刊》報導，司法官護航群聯董座潘健成，才做出此判決。為此，潘健成透過群聯發布 3 點聲明駁斥為不實報導，聲明全文如下：
1.本案所涉及相關交易均係考量群聯電子國際競爭力以及最大利益的必要行為，檢察官已經查明事實並依據證據認定相關金流均係用於公司營運及業務發展，決無個人不法利益，就這個部份，檢察官已經做了不起訴處分，報導內容，以偏概全，絕非事實。
2.相關交易過程中，檢察官認為部分行為確有未能遵守財報相關規定，本人坦然面對法律責任，往後在公司經營亦將更落實相關法令遵循及公司治理，而檢察官考量本人積極面對司法責任之態度，且交易所涉及財報更正內容並不影響公司損益，亦無個人不法意圖，而給予緩起訴處分，證券交易法案件給予緩起訴處分已有前例，且有學說支持，並非特例，在國外亦屬常見，本人予以尊重，亦期待外界應尊重並給予檢察官在個案中之司法裁量權。
3.多年來，群聯電子謹守本分，全體員工戮力工作，所為一切都是為公司利益考量，該等報導內容明顯並非事實，混淆視聽，已經嚴重打擊群聯電子員工士氣，以及多年建立的公司形象，甚而影響客戶及廠商對公司的信心，不實報導對於公司、股東以及我本人都已經造成重大損害，為捍衛權利，本人絕不容許此類行為再度發生，希望周刊應盡速為更正報導，否則本人將依法訴追、決不寬貸。
